From vulnerability findings to verified fixes.

Nullbrick helps enterprises discover software vulnerabilities, understand affected assets, prioritize remediation and track the evidence needed to verify fixes.

A disclosure is not exposure

Public reporting shows what was disclosed. Only software inventory and applicability review can show what reaches a particular environment.

Monthly vulnerability disclosures reported by GTIG

GTIG's report covers disclosures through August 31, 2026 and notes that CVE assignment policies can affect monthly totals. These public counts do not measure your exposure or establish whether a vulnerability applies to your assets.

Discovery is only the beginning.

Finding a vulnerability is one step. Understanding which software is affected, who owns it, what can be fixed and how to validate the change is where the real work begins.

  • Component and versionWhat software is affected?
  • ApplicabilityDoes the vulnerability apply to this environment?
  • OwnershipWho is responsible for remediation?
  • EvidenceHow will we confirm the fix?
From a vulnerability signal to a verified fix Follow the arrows: a public advisory is matched to inventory by component and version. Review applicability to identify an affected asset and its owner, then remediate and collect evidence to verify the fix. Illustrative review process. 1. Public advisory Identify the vulnerability 2. Know what’s affected. Know what to do next.

Nullbrick connects software inventory, vulnerability intelligence and affected assets to help teams understand exposure, identify ownership and evaluate available remediation options.

Review the path

  1. Confirm the inventory

Understand the software and versions in scope.

  2. Assess applicability

Determine whether a vulnerability affects the target.

  3. Identify affected assets

Connect findings to applications, images and owners.

  4. Evaluate remediation

Review available fixes, mitigations and recommendations.

  5. Define verification

Agree on the evidence needed to validate the outcome.

A successful input, a discovery that applies, a proposed change and a fresh assessment are separate states.

Intelligence that leads to action.

Nullbrick brings vulnerability intelligence and remediation guidance together, helping teams move from understanding the problem to evaluating the next fix.

Secure the foundation. Reduce repeated work.

Applications often share the same operating system, runtime and software dependencies. A vulnerability in a common foundation can affect multiple downstream images. Nullbrick helps teams understand those relationships and identify where a shared fix may reduce repeated remediation effort.

You decide what ships.

Nullbrick supports informed remediation decisions with vulnerability context, available actions and validation evidence. Your teams retain control over approvals, change execution and production deployment.

Frequently asked questions

Which software can Nullbrick assess?

Supported SBOM inputs can describe applications, virtual machines, containers and supplier software. Confirm accepted formats, collection methods and assessment coverage for the target you want to review.

Does every discovery have an automated fix?

No. The available path depends on the asset, evidence and supported workflow. A discovery may include context or fix information without an approved or executable action.

Does a VEX or risk decision mean the software changed?

No. Applicability and risk decisions record context. They do not prove that the software changed or passed a fresh assessment.

Does a base-image change update its descendants?

No. Supported runtime and application descendants need their own rebuild and checks. Deployment remains a separate decision.

Can we bring a customer-owned image family?

A customer-owned family may be scoped when its inputs and workflow are supported. Confirm its versions, architecture, acquisition path and prerequisites first.

Does Nullbrick use AI in remediation?

AI use, providers and data handling depend on the product release and workflow. Confirm them before connecting an environment.

Does public research identify our exposure?

No. A research report is not a live feed or an assessment of your environment. A supported inventory is needed to review whether a vulnerability applies to your software.

What does verification include?

Available tests, reassessment and records vary by target and workflow. Agree the exact evidence before work begins.
